Salt
water drips from the ceiling onto two 52" square
vinyl sheets.
When the drips hit the surface, tiny saline beads
bounce from the impact and spay onto the surface. These fine beads
of salt water crystallizes, and turns the clear
surface to white crystalline over time.

Once saline accumulation
reaches the tipping point,
salt water spills over the edge of the vinyl sheet
onto the floor. And another cycle of liquid accumulation
and crystal growth begins.
